She understands the human psyche so well. When I'd be explaining kind of the challenges that I felt my customers would be going through, she would be able to understand that and translate it into really clear strategy in a way that I just couldn't do.

And finally, she's just so much fun to work with. She's so kind and compassionate, and she's a deep listener, and she cares about her clients in a way that you really don't come across very often. That level of investment and care and compassion with somebody that you've hired is so rare and it's so precious. It just feels like you're in a team, like family.
